Shop with us in December and help our donation to the Red Cross
At englishbooks.jp we never forget the world around us and the fact there are so many people who are not as lucky as us. In war-torn places people struggle to survive and in Japan itself deprivation seems to be growing. Therefore, as a company we try to play an active part.
From November to December, our company is making time to think about people who are in difficult situations. We are doing this in two ways.
Part 1: November The Giving Up Week 11/25-12/1
More than 40 staff members will give up something for a week as individuals and donate the money they float away by giving up something for a week to the Red Cross.
For every employee’s donation, a matching donation is made by the company, to double the total amount donated to the Red Cross.
Part 2: The Giving Month 12/1-12/31
For many around the world, December is a time of celebration and giving. As a company englishbooks.jp is doing its part.
We will donate a portion of our sales from our Showroom and three web sites englishbooks.jp , chiikugangu.jp and, our Rakuten store ,to the Red Cross.
For all direct sales, we will make a 1-10% donation.
